Mission Statement
For the promotion of the public interest by means of charitable and social welfare activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code of 1986, as amended.
To defend human and civil rights as secured by law. In defending these rights, the Corporation shall review public policy regarding individual property rights and individual liberties and may publish its findings. The Corporation believes that all citizens have an interest in the affairs of government, specifically the impact governmental policies have on citizens’ individual rights and liberties, and that a responsive government is created and maintained by informing citizens of governmental action.
To educate citizens on governmental actions, policies and practices that affect citizens’ individual rights and liberties. The Corporation’s educational activities shall be conducted in an objective and fair manner and shall be presented with full disclosure of the pertinent facts so that the public can reach an educated conclusion. The Corporation can present its educational programs through public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures and similar activities.
